French beater track frame

Hi,
I bought this a couple of months ago to replace my daily, but the seller gave me a wrong size. So this is too big for me, and I never tried to build it(other projects). I don't have a lot of information about this frame, I can just see the stamp BCM on the lugs(meaning Bocama). It is a 54c-c x 55 c-c.
£100 or let me know if this is too high. I will make a donation to the forum after the sale. I'm based in London.

Just would like to point out that some french track frames have french sized fork steerers so you might need a 22.0 stem or just sand a normal one down a bit?

@BigH: You are right, I checked the stem size, and this requires a 22 stem(yes, stupid french standards!)
Provisionally sold to Jordon, and should be collected on Saturday.
