I passed the aftermath of an incident involving an HGV haulage lorry and a female cyclist this morning at 8.10 am immediately outside Leyton tube entrance. A colleague was there when it happened and said he heard the screams after she was caught between the pavement railings and the passing lorry. The bike was mangled and an ambulance was already there. Really hoping it's not as bad as it looked. Any news anyone?

No news reports that I can see yet.

Being trapped between railings and a lorry is very bad news. :(
