My wife is looking to sell this: http://www.pedalroom.com/bike/tokyo-fixed-dream-machine-48cm-missus-12151#photo164584
She is 5'2" as well. It'll be cheaper than your budget for whole bike and has some nice bits. PM me if interested.

Hi,
I'm really struggling to find a frame to fit after I wrote off my old bike that fit me perfectly. I'm after a vintage racer men's frame but needs to be under 50cm on the top tube as I'm only 5"2. I bought one that I was told would fit that's 53cm and it's too much of a reach (with the shortest drop handlebars possible) (it was custom built so I didn't get to test it until it was made). I've been told I might need to get one with 26" wheels which I don't mind about as long as the bike fits!
My price range is up to £600 for the whole bike or a couple of hundred for a nice frame. I'm in hackney, and I'll consider anything.
Thanks!
Sarah
