Phil Wood tubular track/ ss cross wheels
Condition: Rear hub has visual damage on one side, and some marks on the hubs here and there,
nothing major. Laced to NOS Mavic Reflex tubular rims. Sapim double butted spokes. Not used since
they've been build. Amazing set for on the track or single speed cross. Ill add photos later today.
