Currently using 46t chainring 19t freewheel cassette, 30 mile round commute into London. Am contemplating change to a 44t chainring (with 19t freewheel) or a 20t freewheel (with 46t chainring) . Route back is hard work with hills/winds. Will there be merit in this and much difference between the 2? Thank you
