Stronglight made very light 86mm BCD cranks (I know cos I own several variants) The 99BIS with drilled rings comes in at approx 515g with 52/38 chainrings and alloy c/ring bolts.
Damn sight cheaper than the ones on your list too :o)I found this on Hilary Stone website though http://www.hilarystone.com/images/sale%20images/Chainsets%20triple/CST7-Ofmega-CX-triple.jpg

Thanks for the tip. I suspect those use an ISO BB as well?

BTW: I don't get any eMail notification on a new message here on LFGSS since it's a new design (which I do not really enjoyed until now...) . How do I fix that?

yep. all change!
fwiw have you considered strongliht/ta cranks with either 51-144bcd adaptor or direct 51mmbcd tt ring? light and period correct.. could be an option for ou.

Hmm, that might do the trick. I really haven't had the french in mind when compiling the list for the Moser. BTW, it still needs clear coating, but this basically is it:

Hi I have two Regina America Superleggera hollow-pinned chains in red tins, new and unused. Please let me know how much you think one is worth, not including postage & packing.
I'm happy to let one go at a respectable price.
Thanks, Skully

niice. top end loveliness.
what are those cranks, modified campagnolo? some niche Italian?i've got similar worn saddle on my beater (for now) purely because it proclaims 'superprofessional'...
-
• #23
Its a FT Bologna crankset with drilled campagnolo chain rings (52/42). I like to find one of those rare ~150g FT bb's for it.
The saddle will be replaced with a concor superleggera once I've tuned it down to 150g. I expect the whole bike to weigh around 6.5 kg. -

6500g
wow...is there some vintage special lightweight cable housing, because you seem a perfectionist!
-
• #25
I'm trying to be ;) the bike should also ride nice when it's built up, if not it's not worth the weight saving
I'll use CLB housing and cables.
Hey guys,
again I am looking for some light vintage parts:
also, I like to find a GiS Campagnolo jersey ~50cm pit-to-pit and a matching Somec shifter C Record
Thanks for having a look for me! Regards
Michael
