Anyone got any experience - they look good and reply v quickly to requests fr info.

Looking back through my emails I also bought a pair of forks from them which was fine, so I've had a 50% success rate and only lost the return postage cost when it did go wrong (and it wasn't like I chased them).

Can it easily be mixed up with another frame? If not I'd probably risk it for the amount you'd save.

Just buy it on a credit card so if they do totally fuck it up you can just get the money back from your credit card company.

I have the ritchey logic and its the mutts nuts. I love it better than my previous cervelo r3.

I think with Shiny, they seem to be excellent when everything goes well but completely fall apart when it comes to customer service if there's a problem.

I tend to judge companies/retailers on how they act to sort out a problem so personally, I'd give them a miss (although a friend has just bought a Record groupset from them with no problems.)
