It's drilled for calipers by the looks of it.
Great deal btw GLWS and I live nearby it sure is tempting.

All geometry numbers can be found here http://whyte.bike/2012/bike_page.php?ModNo=W-1-037-12
ST is 570 and HT is 175
I'm not sure about callipers, Whyte never sold them with them. There is drilling but I'm fairly sure it's for fenders. I'd suggest asking Whyte, but off my own back I'd be inclined to say no.
I'm selling my Whyte Charing Cross frame in large. Pretty decent cyclocross, all year road or commuter frame, carbon fork, disc mounts. It's in good shape with no dents, cracks and structural problems. There is some cable rub where the head tube meets the top tube in the usual place, and a few black specs on the white paint on the lower side of the bike (I'm fairly sure it's road tar). It'll scrub off if you have the time and patience.
I'm also including the FSA headset and original Whyte stem, saddle and seatpost. All are in ok shape although the seatpost does have a tiny bit of pitting where my seatbag wore some anodising off.
Looking for around £175 ono. Based in Berkshire but I can ship for around £10.
