Audax / Touring frame (or bike) 54-55cm ish

Hi all,

After the above to go on a journey to NZ with me, must be steel, top tube measuring 54-55cm or maybe even 56cm....quill stem, and essentially braze on for mudguards, maybe for racks too.

I don't mind ratty paint, but no structural / rust issues please
