Daily driver is 58cm, anything around that.
Rest is open.
Probably SS, maybe fixed, coaster hub could be nice.
Price range sub £250, hopefully round £150 or less -

This is mine for sale. Has a long seatpin so will do. I'm almost 6ft so that confirms fit also.

Did you see that Vitus SS 29er on here? They look interesting, but it might be a bit small depending on how tall you are.

I have nearly finished renovating a 1972 Raleigh Sports, with basket if you want. 21" gents frame. 3 speed sturmey hub.
A bit scruffy but solid, no nonsense, and practical.
(edit, might be a bit small for you - but fits me. I'm 32" inside leg)

That Vitus is nice, looks fun to ride. Bit too nickable though, being shiny and that. And a tad small.

I have a fixed wheel w/ridiculously big frame, I usually ride a 58/58 or a 60/58, and this is i think 62/58. I'm looking to sell it for around £120. If interested message me and will take measurements/photos etc (will get its own sales thread soon, im just slack)

I have a muddy fox courier 21" MTB from 1987 it is in your price range. I am going to clean it tomorrow, it also is very original. It will be for sale here and on retro bike first. Look out for it.
A basket would be amazing, but can I can put that on.
Other than that anything that'll take me home after a couple shandies.
