Mainly because you never mentioned this in the description? all you said is campag loveliness, which could simply mean mid or low end gruppo.
From the look of it, you've been restoring it too, how come you didn't mentioned this?
£450 is a lots of money for something that doesn't have much description, personally I can see (after a good look) that it's priced well, but other less eager eyed people may not.

Hi Ed
@edcoble Here are some details, sorry I did not see your post earlier:- I haven't restored the bike, that's why it wasn't mentioned. I fully dismantled the bike in order to thoroughly inspect the components, clean, lube, re-cable and re-assemble.
- I think anyone who would buy a bike of this era would recognise each component, or query an item if they wanted to purchase.
Full spec is:
Sannino frameset ( Sannino used high end frame tubing, Columbus SL or equivalent )
This is NOS quality with perfect chrome and not a mark on the paintwork.
Crankset, Campagnolo Super Record triple, very rare
Campag Nuovo record shifters
Campag 980 Rear Derailleur
The Front Mech is in the pics a Shimano triple, but I have sourced a campag triple front mech , not fitted yet.
The Calipers are NOS Gipiemme Azzuro ( http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx?ID=1B24E2C6-7690-494F-80BC-EAA585F5AC38&Enum=117&AbsPos=0 )
The seat post is Campag Record 2 bolt, 1044 MOD.
Headset is Super Record
The Hubs are Campagnolo ( Chorus I believe http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx?ID=08CA11A9-2093-4C6B-B116-340E6A522FF3&Enum=110&AbsPos=12 ) built onto NISI clincher rims.
Bars and stem are 3TTT, I haven't identified the brake levers but am happy to do so for any serious enquiry, as will I build this to include Super record derailleur and Pedals etc. at an agreed price. I hope this fulfils the need for clarification and I'll add the description to the listing. Thanks for pointing this out, Chris

From online info, Mauro Sannino used at least Columbus SL or equivalent, it's certainly light and very responsive;
http://www.corratec.com/en/technologies/mauro-sanninothere's a nice blog here ( use Google Chrome to translate ) http://www.bicibikers.com/storia/personaggi-del-ciclismo/274-cicli-sannino-c.html
