  • wanted another customized steel frame from italy so i found these guys from ferriveloci.
ordered the modello B frame with a wishbone stay. the paintjob is one of a kind and i decided to go for the purple scheme, took me over 1 month to develop this scheme with these guys.

now started to collect some parts.

    campagnolo shamal track rims
    campagnolo record headset
    campagnolo chorus aero seatpost
    nitto steel stem
    nitto steel dropbar

i also got a 80's campagnolo record pista crankset which is to be mounted in a few days.

but i am not sure about the details: color for the bartape and saddle and pedal straps?
i was thinking about yellow but i am not sure about it, maybe its to much color?
maybe you guys have some usefull suggestions

  • That's a lovely looking frame. Really nice colour too. How much was it, if you don't mind me asking?

I'd be tempted to go white tape and toestraps, white saddle might be a bit much though...

  • they are expensive :( if you interested i can send you a message with the pricing but i paid more as i paid for my pelizzoli

  • Well it no doubt fits you perfectly, and it looks great. So money well spent!

  • These guys were and are on the Italian forum fixedforum.it I think and they were 'born' in there.
It seems they really know what they're doing. This frame might have been expensive but is f*ing nice to stare at!

  • Anyway I also like white bar tape.

  • thank you guys. now i am looking for some suede bar tape and saddle, i think they were some cinelli suede products on the market but they are hard to get

  • crankset and bottom bracket fitting

  • The bike looks great

  • Here is my Model P, it is amazing
But now Ferrveloci is no longer available T.T

  • That is gorgeous. Is the front end (HT/forks) actually black, then a purple fade on the rest? Or is it a dark shade of purple?? If black I think I'd go with black bar tape to keep the whole front end black, and definitely black saddle. If purple, still possibly black although I'd also think about white tape to match the decals/fork crown.

  • This bike is absolutely beautiful. The fade, the tone. My word I love it.

  • lovely build.

  • White tape and saddle please

  • its all purple. unfortunately i couldnt continue the build so far...long story. but i think i will go for white tapes to match the decals. but for now i have to find an eai cog first

  • Last missing item finally arrived

  • I even love the packaging that the cog came in. Your frame is about as close to perfect (for me) as it gets. Are you definitely going white bar tape and saddle? Black does suit purple frames...

  • remember the peli in the background?

  • great looking bike. what tape do you wanna put on it?

i don't know where you gonna use it but this frame is a joy to ride in the streets, it is very responsive.

  • Black seems to be a Little bit to conservative for me. I Hope i am able to Match the yellow panto Color

  • bartape still to come

    updated the peli as well

  • edit

  • How did you inflate those tires?!?
    Stunning bike btw, absolutely beautiful.
