It is a real track frame but the rear wheel used to be road.

I don't, it's a track frame (tight geo, no brake bosses etc.). But rear QR is on the wrong side..

Are you sure? On a correct sized lopro it's just perfect. I'm using a 2A on mine and it has the same angle of the top tube, and even if it's 110mm long it isn't that steep.
Actually, a 1A would be too high (to me).
And it looks ace :) -

Very nice frame. As far as I know is made by Contini, one of my favourite spanish bike manufacturers.
