+/- 54cm road or cx bike

Hey,

looking to get another road bike, but I will consider a CX option too.
Must be around 54 cm effective (to fit 5.9'-5.10' me), must have gears, must not require too much work (general tlc or little repairs are okay).

Pricewise it should be as cheap as possible, as otherwise I'll just get a Planet X Pro Carbon.

I'll be in London for next week, so locals welcome.

All options considered.

Thanks all, found myself a 1994 Cannondale r400. All original and one owner.
