HAVEBIKE ‘COLLECT & RETURN’ SERVICE GUIDE
We pick up your bike from home or office
• Collection within TfL zones 1-2
• Non-refundable deposit (£20) required
• Prices from £65 for Regular Service
Sessions - Bike collected:
• Wednesday return Friday
• Friday return Monday
(Please note, for FG/SS bikes if you book a Regular Service it will be upgraded to Deluxe as there are no gears to sort - Also take £20 of the price of Super Deluxe)
Regular Service £65 (excluding parts)
Recommended every 3-6 months
(if you use your bike 1-5 times per week)
• Full safety check & frame alignment test
• Mech hanger alignment & true
• Frame wipe down and polish
• Drivetrain degrease and lubricate
• Wheel hubs and bearings checked/adjusted
• Spoke tension check & wheel true
• Brakes checked & set up/adjusted
• Gears checked and set up/adjusted
• Bottom bracket check/adjusted
• Headset checked/adjusted
• Tyres inspected for wear and inflated
Deluxe Service £85 (excluding parts)
Recommended to prolong component life
Includes all of Regular Service plus:
• Removal and deep clean of:
• Relubrication & application of anti-seize grease
Super Deluxe Service £145(excluding parts)
Recommended every 6-12 months
(if you use your bike 1-5 times per week)
All elements of Regular/Deluxe Service plus:
• All parts fully removed from frame and cleaned
• Full frame cleaned & polished
• Anti-corrosion formula applied to frame internals
• Front hub service (full strip, clean & re-grease)
• Rear hub service (full strip, clean & re-grease)
• Headset Service (full strip, clean & regrease)
• Bottom Bracket Service & threads cleaned
• Fr & Rr gear inner/outer cables fitted (inc cables)
• Fr & Rr brake inner/outer cables fitted (inc cables)
• FREE fitting of all replacement parts purchased from havebike
