going away, have pets?

we had to go away for two weeks, found some website called house sitters, or something, the people are vetted, they have references etc... and thought it sounds OK.
So, we have a dog and a cat, and met this american retired couple from LA from the site (whateveritscalled) they got the QE2 to the UK, stayed at ours while we were away, dropped us at the airport, then also collected us. (saved £30 in cab fares)
Walked the dog (his usual 5 times a day), fed the cat, and cleaned the whole bloody house!!

For free!!

It also saved us about £30 per day, in kennel / cattery fees..the house was clean and secure.

maybe, but they washed and changed the sheets, plus they are both 70, so not much body fluid would have been split.

Our vet usually comes around and does that for us (not the fucking in bed bit).
