Dandy Horse Cafe

Popped in to the café for the first time today very helpful and friendly, bike is booked in to get stripped and brakes drilled for upgraded callipers, and then of to get powder coated next week.

Will have to pop in for lunch one day...

Makes a change to Halfords messing me around...

Sounds real interesting this place! Is there a price list for work or a website?

well I got quoted £30 an hour for work, but then wasn't fobbed of saying it would take hours either which makes a nice change to some places...

That sounds alright that, especially when it's getting some proper work

yeh at least they know what they are doing as well.. they had a set of gold callipers that caught my eye on the way out, but not sure how they would look on a blue frame...

A little heads up for anyone that likes bikes and coffee and is free this evening...

What does an end of season showcase entail? I may be able to pop in on my way home but would feel a bit of a twat clip clopping around in shoes and lycra. Not the best introduction!
