Also why the hell is there a fake hole on the front fork? I won't be using a brake but this still confuses me

24inch clincher on ebay atm - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161394982409?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
Silver low flange hubs laced to grey/black low profile rims. Some nice shiny cranks. Flouro pink saddle and bar tape maybe imo.

The front hub is a silver lo flange quite nice hub radially laced to a mavic cx18 rim, could I literally just unspoke it and change the rim around? Would everything...work?

As long the new rim has the same spoke count yes, and depending on the rim depth you might need to replace the spokes, if I understood your question right.

I'd say, if you'd like to get new parts I'd put on or either a stronglight aero chainring or Mavic starfish crankset, but personally I don't dig the black chainring.
'Tis gonna be rad ;) -

Cheers for info on the rim. Yeah I only put the chainring on cos I needed a certain ratio this one time, it's not even mine, thinking of moving bait and putting a zen on (52t) but I am not big on the starfish cranks!
I've had this interesting frame sitting around for quite a while now and have decided to show it some love and get it finished, the frame itself is battered but there are no dents, it has a cutaway on the seat tube to allow for rizla clearance, and it takes a 24" wheel. Which is annoying. Basically I just need to decide what components I want/would do this frame justice, as what little components I have on here now where just to show me how it'll look and I will be taking them all off. I want this bike to look good, what do people recommend? Risers or bullhorns? Which saddle? Etc
