Corima Carbon Seat post.
Cateye Cordless Computer.
Suntour Superbe Pro Rear Mech.. ( 6 close Shimano sprockets -19,17,16,15,14,13 ).
Can be coverted to a Track Bike, i.e. Track ends.

tri-bar shifters

I think he means the front rings. Looks like there is a shifter only for the rear on the tri bars.

Slacken off the chain at the rear mech. and move it over manually.
Roy Manser could do it whilst riding the bike! NOT RECOMMENDED.
