There were track and road versions of these, but the red frame above seems to be a Rossin Ghibli road frame converted to a pursuit by Olli Erkkilä.
The frame has a lot of potential, unfortunately filler used by Rossin doesn't seem to age too well. One I used to own also had some cracks in the filler, it was a similar frame right down to internal rear brake cable routing. Don't worry too much about the shape of the flanges, the frames were hand made anyway, I doubt there were two exactly alike.

Blb has some Rossin bottle & cages like the one in the pictures if you want a full restore... Not sure how much they'll ask.

Don't forget to take pictures of the filling process! Uber curious!

I'm using a fine filler/stopper rather that the standard, I've purchased a 1.8 kilo tin as I think there is going to be quite a bit needed!

Surely the frame itself can't weigh more than 1.8 kilos!
