Selling my commuter bike as I feel a bit stretched on it and just put something more suitable together.
Trek Multitrack 730 frame and forks, Chromoly tubing, Made in USA.
Seat tube 45cm CTT of top tube/48cm CTT of seat tube.
Top tube 55cm CTC
Tange Passage headset.
Raleigh handlebars. Velox cotton tape.
Custom stem.
Shimano STX triple chainset, (42-32-22T), 175mm arms. Teeth have some wear but still useable.
Shimano STX (I think) front mech.
Shimano 200GS rear mech.
Shimano sealed unit BB (new and just fitted).
Shimano stem mounted ratchteting shifters.
Shimano 5 speed screw on freewheel (enough space to fit a 6 or 7 if wanted).
KMC narrow chain.
Shimano 105 brake levers (hoods a bit grubby).
No name red cantilever brakes, red Koolstop pads, have some life left on them.
Selcof seatpost, Selle Royal saddle. A bit scuffed at the back.
Normandy front and rear hubs. Weinmann 700C alloy rims. Front spokes are a bit tarnished, rear spokes are new Alpina.
Vittoria Randonneur 700x28C tyres, virtually new, very little use.
Generic bottle cage.
The colour is pearl white but has seen better days. There are a few rust spots and has scratches and has 2 small shallow dents on seat tube by the bottle cage.
The water bottle cage screws on down tube are seized.
There are some reflective stickers that were already there when I bought the frame. They do not peel off easily.
It has got eyelets for mudguards and rear rack. One of the bosses is missing so I was attaching the rack to the seat post clamp, or alternatively using P clips.
There is enough clearance to run wider tyres and I believe it will look better with a different colour ones, but the 35C I had fitted went to another bike. Will probably even take 38C or wider.
I think I've mentioned everything but please let me know if anything.
I'd like £135>£130>£125 for it. Collection from Southend which is about an hour by train from Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street, and cheaper than posting it, which at the moment haven't really got the time to.
Thanks
Alex
Hi,
I'm sorry but haven't got the time at the moment to pack it as I'm busy and going away next week.
Also postage might be quite high considering the value of the bike.
Cheers
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
