I've got a nice blue Raleigh Wisp Mixte with drop handlebars, 5 speed Huret gears, full metal mudguards and Weinmann sidepull brakes. It has a comfy saddle and a single alloy cotterless chainset with metal pedals. The wheels are 27s though, but have good 27 x 11/8th tyres. It also has a fully working dynamo light set and is in reasonably good cosmetic condition. I can send some pictures if you let me have your email address. It is in Lincoln. Looking for £90 collected. Cheers for the offer, I may pass - I have a set of 26 inch wheels with SA hub brakes/gears waiting, an the OH is more used to an upright ride. Thanks anyway!

I have a 5 speed Raleigh that might fit the bill. It's in decent working order and cheap.
If you can use a frameset only - I have a vintage French Cycles Royal from way back when:

Hello chaps, the OH has had her 80s BSA completely trashed by failed thieves in Oxford and is in need of a new steed to take to Salzburg with her in September. She's 5ft 7 so a 21-22 inch frame would be ideal, and something that's designed for 26 inch wheels would help - whether English or French 650b.
I'm based near Brum but come to London fairly regularly. I'm also open to trades - I have a brand new Brooks B17 Titanium (£179 on Wiggle) that's not going to be used.
