Are you sure it's complete? No high/low adjustment screws is very unusual on a rear mech. Although road mechs generally have a cable adjuster at the mech end, it's possible to live without as you can put the adjuster at the down tube stop or use inline adjusters.

The high/low screws isn't as obvious like on other derailleur, if it's this one;
Think the screw just below the hanger screw is the low, and the one underneath the Dura is the high (or vice versa).

Also note that there is no need for outer cable at the rear. So your frame must have the cable guide at the to of the bottom bracket.
Hi, just rebuilding an 80's racer and have a dura ace ax front and rear mech. That i'd like to put on it (when it comes back from its respray) however, looking at the rear mech theres no cable adjustment barrel or high/low screws - does anyone know how to install the cable and set these rear mechs up ?
