smallest riding team, they perhaps buy a Colnago Super Pista for a rider, but he can't ride under Colnago name (to avoid bad figure) so they rebrand the frame with the name of team that usually take the Surname of the sponsor.

Another reason is that someone pay a frame builder to build up some frames and he put is brand on those frame (perhaps DosNoventa are welded in my town)..
