Spoiler free tdf stage assessment

I often want to decide, of an evening, whether to watch just the stage highlights or the whole stage.

I don't dare go to the TdF thread since I'll definitely get spoilers.

It would be cool if people could post on here with "Boring transition just the highlights"

Or "amazing stage , settle in for the whole thing."

Just with absolutely no spoilers, even ancient ones like who retired on stage one with a crash. You never know who might want to go back to the beginning.

Some people rode bicycles. There were also cars following them. Many stood by the sides of the road, partly to watch, but also to collect freebies. The aforementioned roads had a variety of gradients, which caused the speed of the aforementioned cyclists to vary.
