Help! Lost video(s)

I am sure that you peoples of LFGSS will be able to help.
1) A film about an old chap who was riding a mass event in the North of the Netherlands. He spoke (?) Freisian. He would not give up, he wanted his medal. His body was broken by a long ago injury, and he had to ride almost sideways.
2) A film about an old guy in France who went cycle-touring
