For Sale: Unknown track frame full bike. £150

My buddy is selling this bike he bought a couple of years ago he's not a cyclist and has hardly used it so wants to sell it.

He wants £150 for it.

I said I'd post it on here for him.
I think he was going for some kind of HHSB that went wrong. Anyway back to it.

SPEC:

Unknown Frame and Fork 54cm
Rear Miche Pistard wheel - track cog
Front Wheel - Faux mega spok.
Crank - Drive Line - (Looks just like a Sugino messenger rebranded perhaps?)
Seat - Shadow conspiracy seat
Gator skin tyres front and rear
Bars- Tioga Risers
Red line grips
First headset

The front wheel makes me think of this I know but the rest of the bike could be a decent ride.
