For Sale: Look 247 Clipless Pedals

I've no idea about clipless road pedals but these came on a bike I just bought and I have no use for them
They're look 247 pedals in black
One is a bit corroded on the outside but its just cosmetic, as far as I can see they both work pretty well mechanically. They turn well and smoothly on their axles and mechanism seems fine.
Don't know about the price either really so

Doesn't include cleats.
Alternatively and in fact, preferably, I'd like to swap them for shimano mtb spds like the m540 or similar because I have shoes and cleats for these already.
