Charlie and me need a roommate for a South London flat. Available from 9 of June at 1150 per month with one months deposit. 3 bedrooms, near Brixton tube, and hern hill, no agents. So bizarrely, our landlord decided to tell us on the eve of moving out that we can keep this place for another 6 months. Elliot and Dan have already moved on to other things. So I am looking for anyone interested in moving in. Rent is £387 pcm (bill not included), no need to describe the place as most you have been here.
