Surely any chain whip would lock the cassette?

All 10 speed chains and sprockets are going to be the same on the outside, where the campag/shimano/other type tools slot in it will have more/less splines but the chainwhip just wraps around the outside all the same.
Replacing a Mountain Bike Cassette - YouTube
Ignore the 200 miles they mention in the video that's bs.
If it's something you will find yourself doing often then I would buy a tool with either an arm already on it or a socket hole on the back.

Chain whips only come in 2 sizes; 1/8th for singles and fixies, 3/32nd for multi gear freewheels and cassettes.
So I want to swap around a couple of wheels which is going to mean removing both a 10 speed & 11 speed campag cassette. I'm about to buy a lifeline campag cassette removal tool, but will I need a specific chain whip as well? I have a shimano chain whip (Pro) which I've used on a 10 speed cassette before, but don't know if this will be any good.
