Wanted: Need a new frame asap

Hi

I recently had my bike stolen on regent street and i am looking to build a new bike up **asap **as i need it for work,
I am not really willing to spend 4 to 500 as it was a bit of a downer about my bike being stolen so all in all im looking to buy a track frame or something strong for around £100
