For Sale: 56cm Nagasawa full build - Suntour Superbe Pro NJS Full Group

Hi All,

So, bit sad (for me) but it didn't take long to know this is too small, in fact I always new it...but hey it's a Nagasawa and tolerances seem to exaggerate with desirable frames. Well, at least I had it, rode it, liked it and now want a bigger one, but this needs to find a fine new home.

Currently in Cornwall, but happy to securely post at cost.

Dibs, if you like, but PM's and payment will get the goods.

I will consider splitting the frame/group if there's interest, but for now its priority to someone wanting the lot.

Nagasawa Track Frame set - made in 1982, it really is a special frame. Original (pearl white/orange detail/blue lining) paintwork is showing how well used the frame has been, but has a lovely patina to it, bit ratty, but classy as fuck, just been ridden and loved for 30+ years. There's plenty of scratches, rubs but nothing structural at all. it feels stiff and rides true. The underside of the TT is the worse affected, maybe a repair from a swinging bar, may just be primer to protect from paint loss.

100/120mm - Suntour dropouts fork and rear. 10mm axle width

"nagasawa" stamped fork crown, stays and bb shell

Generally has the quality you'd expect from such a great frame builder

The Suntour Superbe Pro 'njs' stamped Track group consisting of,

165mm Cranks - surface marks and signs of use, but tapers, threads are perfect
50t Chainring with very little wear
Seatpin 27.2mm standard rail width - again used, but solid. shown in pics with maximum post exposed.
HF 36h Hubs laced to mavic cxp33 clincher rims - stickers intact, double fixed, threads are perfect, not seen a brake but the rims' brake track surface has been painted and has a few chips and could do with 'leccy taping, or similar. Hubs spin and spin and spin....
