Had a look at this frame the other night too and it needs some work but going cheap so maybe someone can benefit and make it rideable soon.
It has had some minor bits of work done to it like some repair on the seat clamp cluster and might need re-straightening of the seat stays as they seem to be ever so slightly out of line. I don't think it would affect the ride but haven't ridden it personally and don't have the knowledge to say if its a major/minor problem. The chain stay looks to be slightly off too but this might be due to hubs that were too wide for the frame.
The forks have also been badly drilled for a brake and has a small crack on the actual fork crown. The fork should not be used, but will come with the frame Could be fixed but not sure how much work would be needed to be done and the costs. Im sure someone with the right knowledge will know the make of the frame too and could turn out to the be a good investment.

Sorry about the lack of light in my room, doesn't do the workmanship or colour any justice. Its more of a cobalt blue though.
Dont really know what to ask for, but looking for something around £80? will deliver if I have the time/travelcard if not then its based in Tufnell Park for viewings
