have a bump'Really? You won't gain much. Better invest in a set of decent fast prime lenses.

Not much diffence between my Hasselblad and a Nikon D3 with a f/1.2 manual lens, just more hassle. Trust me, if you can, try out few quirky lenses with adapters (eve an a fast Takumar) and you'll be surprised.
You wanna have different feel? Look at a large format or a converted Polaroid land camera. Loads of fun and hipster points. -

Body only?
Dude, it's cheap! It will beat any more expensive DSLR anyway. Who needs a kit lens? Get the body, buy an Olympus manual prime and converter.

Forgive my ignorance, but I have a 50D which I love.Is there much difference between the 2? Cheers

A true bargain.
If I didn't have my 7D, I would have snapped this up at the starting price. And I am still tempted.
50D is entirely different. Read the reviews,

Big difference is 5D is full frame. Older processor, but the size of the sensor more than makes up for it. You can make the most of beautiful old glass and get awesomely shallow depth of field with a fast lens. I have one and love it, in case you didn't guess.

Still for sale !!
I bought the camera at 2008, but didn't use it that much.
In excellent condition, comes with all the paper work, cables, box. also ill include 2 extra Duracell batteries+ the original Canon, battery charger, 2 neck straps and kingston 16gb 133x memory card.
2 months ago the mirror fix has been done at canon, and they gave it a good clean too.
the shutter count is around 18k, which is very low.
I'm very sad to let the camera go after spending those years enjoying it, it is such an awesome camera really, but i really want Leica m6.
