yeah :) but you have to wear one if the temprature is below certain temp and it will be in the serpentine on june 1st...

Anything above 14degrees it becomes optional for a standard 1500meter tri race and forbidden when above 22degrees.
Many days water temp last summer were hitting this. -

hmm... wetsuit makes it easier to swim though, no? do many people go sans wetsuits?

It will only make you quicker if it fits and you train in it.
Plus there is increased transition time.
I recommend strutting around in speedos before the start of a cold waterswim.
Pysch the competition.
