Broken cable stop nut thing

Please see picture for reference:

I think the thread in the part that holds the brake cable has buggered. The bolt just keeps spinning and not tightening.

Does anyone know a) what is called and b) where i can get a replacement

Someone MUST have had this problem before?

It's a cable clamp. Your LBS will probably have another lying about somewhere.
