Interested in the frame, but the photo makes it look like there is an actual chunk out of the frame ?

Very hard to get a good photo of it. But it is a chip out of some very thick paint, the silver is the headtube, the headset cup which would be showing if there was a chunk missing is black. Frame can be viewed in E5.

Nice frame / good price
V brake stop on the TT dates it to 1997 or 1998

Had a request for better (I realise these are still pretty terrible...) photos of chip in paint, so putting them here as well.

I used to roll on a '98 Cindercone way back in the day, loved that bike man....sadly a prick in a taxi was responsible putting it out of commission :(
19" Kona Cindercone frame.
Equates to ~ 49 cm seat tube, 59 cm top tube and 13 cm head tube length. Not sure of the year but has 1 1/8th head tube, English threaded bb and is V-brake only, so later than the classics but pre-Disc.
Has general wear scratches and a chip in the paint at the head tube (see photo), but is otherwise in good condition. Comes with seat clamp and token headset.
£40
No dibs/cash rules. Located E5/WC1.
