For Sale: BLB Track 53 Black complete bike + custom options Cinelli Thomson Velocity San Marco

I have a complete track bike available, although with a bit of a twist…around a few central components (frame + fork, headset, bottom bracket and crankset) I can provide some choice in terms of overall build and set-up.

I’ve set out the component options below and if you’re interested I can build the bike up as per your specification and post a photo, etc so you can get the picture.

The bike has been ridden by my Mrs for about 18 months for occasional commuting. It’s not seen much use and is in good condition. It’s been built up and ridden as per the first pic’s below with either drops or risers in a black/white/orange build. Ideally this is how I’d like to sell it, but realise this might not be to everyone’s taste (“,) so things can be changed up a little.

KEY COMPONENTS (cannot be changed):

BLB Track Frame (53cm, Black): BLB aren’t exactly the forum’s most dearly held brand (though perhaps not at Foffa's level) but it’s difficult to find fault with their products which are all well made and dependable. This is the benchmark for an affordable, strong, reliable single speed/fixed wheel frameset.
o 4130 Cromo-Steel
o No braze-ons
o Front and rear brake drilling
o 1 1/8 A-head threadless fork
o 100mm (front) and 120mm (rear) spacing
o English Bottom Bracket

BLB Freestyle Crankset (46T, White): Stiff and strong.
o Alloy 165mm arms
o 107 JIS Square Taper
o 130 BCD
o Aluminium dust covers fitted

Black FSA sealed bearing headset

Shimano sealed bottom bracket

BUILD OPTIONS:

The pic’s above show builds with either drops or risers, but the bike can be set up with a few more options as below…brakeless or full single speed, straps or clipless, etc.

Wheels:

Orange Velocity/BLB Track Hubs:
o 700C Orange Velocity Deep V Rims 32H (front has machined braking surface)
o White BLB Track hubs 32H (rear is fixed/free so can be used as a flip-flop or left simply fixed)
o Orange spokes

Lime Green Velocity/Limited Edition Goldtec Track Hubs
o 700C Lime Green Velocity Deep V Rims 32H (front has machined braking surface)
o Limited Edition Gun Metal Anodised Goldtec track hubs 32H (rear is fixed/free)
o Lime green spokes
o Additional £25 for this wheel option – the Goldtec hubs are simply quality.

Tyres:
• Fyxation Session 700, White 23mm (extremely durable with great traction in all conditions)
• Black 23mm Vittoria Rubinos (new)
• Black 23mm Panaracer Pasela’s (new)

Pedals:
• White Wellgo platform pedal with or without black Restraps (as shown)
• Silver Shimano SPD clipless pedal (as shown)

Saddles:
• White Selle Italia SLR Gel Flow (white leather, light very comfortable, as shown)
• Black San Marco Zoncolan (as shown)
• Black San Marco Concor (black leather, black rails)

Seat Posts:
• White BLB track seatpost (35cm, as shown)
• Black Thomson Elite seatpost (as shown)
• White or black seat clamp, also as shown

Stems:
• Cinelli Ant Stem, White 31.8mm clamp, 1 1/8th (New, as shown – best set up with Cinelli Pepper Bars)
• BLB A-Head Stem, 80mm White, 6 degree, 25.4 clamp, 1 1/8th (as shown, best set up with BLB Track Drop bars)
• Thomson X2 Black, 110mm, 10 degree, 31.8 (as, shown, best set up with black Cinelli compact drops)
• NB: Thomson parts, add £25

Handlebars:
• Cinelli Pepper Riser Bars, White, 31.8mm with Genetic white rubber grips and silver Cinelli bar ends (as shown)
• BLB Track Drop Handlebars, White, 26.0mm, 38cm wide with white Fizik superlight bar tape and silver Cinelli bar ends (as shown)
• Cinelli Vai Compact Drop Handlebars, 31.8 and 40cm wide (new – can be provided with black or white Fizik superlight tape and black or silver bar ends)

Transmission:
• 46T chainring up front
• Rear can be 16T, 17T, 18T or 19T fixed or 16T, 17T or 18T freewheel or any combination of both
• Sprockets are Shimano Durace or Andel (18T and 19T fixed)
• Chain: KMC – many colours…white, black, black/gold, silver.

Brakes:
• None
• Single front brake: Miche front brake caliper (black) and a BLB CNC single finger brake lever (white)
• Front and rear: If built up as a single speed, front and rear brakes can be included either as hoods on drops, levers on drops or levers on risers…up to you.

The bike would suit anyone getting into fixed or singlespeed for the first time. Quality components throughout, with a range of options saving a stack on retail price.

This seems like a good idea in terms of selling a bike with options but I can appreciate I might have overcomplicated things...all questions welcome.
