Wanted: Cassette spacers for single speed beater build

Hi all

Currently building up an old frame as a single speed. Managed to extract 5 cassette spacers from an old 8 speed I had lying around. Does any one else have some tatty old spacers from old knackered cassettes they are willing to donate?

Secondly, I'd like to fashion a tensioner from an old rear mech. Again if anyone has one hanging around they are willing to part with for a couple of quid I'd love to take it off your hands. Not fussy. Any old beat up thing will do.

The main thing is the spacers. Rear mech would be a bonus. I live in Putney and commute to Westminster. Happy to meet or, if you want to stick them in an envelope i'll reimburse postage and for your troubles. Plus a small donation to the forum.

Hold the fort on the cassette spacers. The great guys at Fitzrovia bicycles sorted me out.

Still on the lookout for a beatup old rear mech for as little doh as possible or even a used tensioner. Must be able to fit to a modern ali road bike.
