Costed me about 50bucks (shared the shipping with some folks)
Never ridden but with very light insertion marks
nice finish with SUGINO logo in old font not the edgey new one

It replaces the top nut of your headset, and was made during the 'aero-boom' era, of cycling.
It not only looks super-cool in a 90's kind of way, but also can act as a replacement for spacers/washers. Spacers and top nut all-in-one!
It can also be handy when you have a stem that sticks out quite far, to help make things look more balanced.
