Freecycle: OT: Melted Playstation PS3 80GB - YLOD - for spares only

Anyone would like a melted PS3?

My old 80GB PS3 had the YLOD and I followed some YouTube tutorial to fix it with a hairdryer.

It works again but I have melted the case and the fan now doesn't work so it turns off after 10mins. It could be fixed by changing the fan and the case since it's melted to the max. Not worth my time and effort since these go for £50 on Gumtree and I don't play PS3 anymore.

Anyway, spare of repairs, comes with a power lead and that's it. If you need parts, this one is for you.
