Saw aftermath of an accident outside my office at 11.30 am this morning with a man with a head injury being tended to.

There was a road bike on the road some distance away from both him and the nearest vehicle which was a bus turning right toward Kings X from Tottenham Court Road.

There is a heavy police presence still out here with road still closed and the road bike is propped against a lamp-post inside the cordon suggest it was the victim's and not one of the many people who were assisting him.

Just noticed traffic reports are saying it was a "collision"

I went past this earlier and saw that it was all closed off with police photographers taking pictures but it wasn't clear what had happened. They've only just redone this junction.

They have made the other side of the road from this incident in front of UCH hospital two-way from today also and it's a right shit show.

No road markings in place, peds not looking and buses approaching from the east are approaching in the left hand lane to go straight on and cars turning left are in the right hand lane and getting right hooked.
