For Sale: Stronglight Messenger Crankset - Silver 172.5mm 130BCD + massive 61T TA Chainring

I was going to pimp up my Dahon folding bike but I have now decided to sell it so this is surplus to requirements.

I originally bought it from a VCL club mate last year who had it fitted to his Brompton for the Brompton World Championship then decided not to use it.

So both chainset and chainring have been fitted but not used.

The chainring is the largest production chainring in the world. Apparently.

*[s] Crankset: *Stronglight Speedlight Messenger, BCD 130 mm 172.5 mm arms, made from Aluminium 6061-T6, silver anodized.
Recommended bottom bracket: JP 400 with aluminium cups 103 mm lg. (conical square JIS)~~

Chainring: TA 130 PCD Alize Outer Chainring (61T), compatible 8-9-10 speeds and therefore also 1/8th, silver, alloy AL 7075-T6, it also states Shimano compatible.

Great piece of kit if you want to try the world hour record on the a normal bike or get decent gearing on folding bikes.

Price wise, the cranks are RRP £49.99 and the chainring alone RRP is £64.99 but the cheapest price online is £58 on Wiggle (out of stock).

I think £60->£55->£50 is a great price for both chainset and chainring.~~
