Nope, it's at *your *risk.It's your responsibility to deliver the goods to the buyer; the fact that you choose to delegate that responsibility to a Third Party (in this case, Royal Mail), is irrelevant.
If it's lost in transit only you can seek compensation from the carrier, because it is you who entered into a contract with them and not the buyer.

Stuart - It's common practice for people to make a donation to the forum, particularly where their contribution is solely based on sales.
While there is no obligation to make a donation, not doing so is considered bad form
After almost 4 years of selling, you would have though you might have picked up on that.
I hold no position on this forum other than being part of the community.
But it's your call though - it's not my place to tell you what to do
