Phenomenal. So so tempted...
Any idea what year this was built? -

Sorry, don't know.

Fancy a swap for a Condor 653?
-
• #8
Normally yes, but I have to make space for some incoming stuff, so sadly no.
The only reason this is going is that it is too small for me. I generally ride a 57 or 58.
The only frame I have a real hankering for at the moment is a Dave Lloyd concept 90, for which I would happily swap.
Sorry Tel.

That's an early 80's frame as far as I know. Fivenineclimber website is down to verify this.
I've got a hunch that DC will tell us the exact date and who they were made for. RIH also had something similar for sale a while back.

This is the earlier version of the super, you can tell them apart by the cable routing over the bb,so around 1982-84,these are 126mm spacing at the rear, whoever buys it will have a nice rare frame but dont be tempted to put a 130 rear wheel in as this has been known to split the joint at the monostay (same goes for monostay dyna-tech frames as well!)
Bargain price this,should sell fast.
This is what they look like built up..Phenomenal. So so tempted...
Any idea what year this was built?

Hey Jingle Jangle, sorry for radio silence, been planning a mates stag-do...
This purchase was going to be difficult as I was already in negotiations with Skull & Biscuits about selling him my monostay... plus I'm supposed to be culling the herd and investing in titanium...
^ I just called S&B and told him about this one as it is a better deal than mine...
hopefully I've saved my soul... but I'm getting first dibs if he ever sells it!
I have the dark blue AA-Super monostay lo-pro in a 57cm fully built which will be up for sale soon!
Cheers,
Matt

I have this amazing frame for sale:
Clearances can only be described as 'tight':
Very classy frame built with Reynolds 531c Tube Set.
55 cm ctc Seat Tube
55 cm ctc Top Tube
Indented Seat Tube, Monostay rear end. Loveliness.
I am leaving the Head Set, Bottom Bracket and the Shifters mounted on top of the down tube.
I can probably help the purchaser with components for a full build.
£240.00
Collection only from Greenwich, SE10
