Coach looked halfway through manoeuvre of turning left from Elizabeth Street unto Buckingham Palace Rd.
It was straddling the intersection with bike under front left wheel. -

I saw the cordon @ 18:50 last night.FWIW rumour is that there's going to be an announcement soon about the relocation of the coach station to 2 hubs outside central London. Those monster coaches are just too big for city roads.
Hope cyclist ok -

Could only find this source but it seems that the cyclist is (relatively) ok:
http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/news/local-news/cyclist-injured-coach-crash-outside-6648409The article seems roughly consistent with my observations about positioning and levels of damage.
I hope the cycler has a full and fast recovery.Interesting rumour about the coach relocation too.

The whole of Victoria is a complete and utter mess
Shopper bike with basket under front left wheel of National Express coach.
Heavy police presence. No sign of medical personnel or cyclist.
Coach had been evacuated by the time [20:30] cycled past. All passengers, driver, and baggage gone.
Police diverting traffic around the now taped off junction.
