stripped the peal thread or crank removal thread? pedal threads can be helicoiled...

I was thinking the same, but I don't have the time or tools to do this for him. Thought it might be better to get a new arm, then fiddle around fixing the old one afterwards..

I had mine helicoiled, cost £20 ish, took a day.

I have a 600ex chainset if you don't want to go the helicoil route. £35 posted don't want to split left and right. £25 posted without rings.

Has anyone got an old Shimano FC-6207 (600 EX) 170mm rh crank/crankset going? A friend has stripped his driveside pedal threads and he will end up going into BLB if i dont source one soonish.
