On closer inspection, that chainring is one of TT ones which is quite easily available. Not the hen's tooth I thought it was.

Please give me some details.
Thanks
It may seem like I'm pulling these out of my sleeve, sadly, I'm just selling it on behalf of my co-worker.
What we have here is a vitus carbone kevlar 3 lo-pro, one-off track frameset made for the Lithuanian track team.
Carbon tubing bonded to aluminum lugs (like specialized allez epic, old looks, giants, peugeots, et cetera).
Surprisingly, the frame was spared and still bears its original top tube, the honourable Vladimir Kolesnikov, however,
did give away the original 650c fork to drunkards as metal scrap along with some takhions and some other 650c paraphilia.
I'm not even remotely shitting you. Anyway, the forks have been replaced by a pair of kinesis alloy forks, the faux carbon
finish can always be stripped and polished off.
some facts and numbers:
Seattube, center to top: 575mm
Effective top tube: 540mm
BB threading: Italian
Seatpost diameter: 23.4 (seatpost is included)
Spacing: 100mm, 120mm
The frame is in a good condition besides the flaking decals, reproductions can be easily found on ebay.
You might want to buy a correct grub screw at clerkenwell screws as well since my co-worker couldn't be arsed to do it himself.
The included socket cap screw works just fine, though.

He's asking 340 GBP for the frame, forks and seatpost, shipping to UK should be around 15-25GBP.
Also for sale is the 650c front wheel:
NOS open pro cd rim laced radially with Dt swiss to a NOS Dura-ace 7400 hub, everything in mint condition.
He's asking 100GBP for it including the pictured continental tire and tube.
Cheers,
Vytas.
