I started answering this survey, but I got stuck when I had to say how many kilometres I ride.
I never work in kilometres - it has to be miles.

Done... Best of luck with new venture

I did it the other day, the type of riding you do question should be multi select, and also should include leisure.
Is your friend a cyclist?
-
• #6
^ remember thinking that too (multi-select)

Rule #24 // Speeds and distances shall be referred to and measured in kilometers.
This includes while discussing cycling in the workplace with your non-cycling coworkers, serving to further mystify our sport in the web of their Neanderthalic cognitive capabilities. As the confused expression spreads across their unibrowed faces, casually mention your shaved legs. All of cycling’s monuments are measured in the metric system and as such the English system is forbidden. -

Hardening up doesn't seem particularly relevant here.
To say that 'all cycling's monuments are measured in kilometres' dismisses the whole of British time trialling at one stroke, and that doesn't seem sensible to me.

Survey would not allow me to enter more than one type of cycling.

Just multiply it by 1.6 to get a rough estimate, jeeeez
I was talking about my preferences, not my ability to do sums.
This exchange of posts has stimulated me to get down to writing about the
**Miles and Furlongs 100.
**Which I'll post in the Rides and Races forum as soon as it's done.

Survey done - be interesting to see a couple of examples of what your friends got in mind - "cyclists in London" seems an interesting concept given the variants between students on rusty/luminous creates to box hill obsessives

is there a nautical mile version of the survey?
-
• #15
christ i must be bored. i've just spent the last few minutes trying to work out how many dixième there are in a mile
-

The survey seemed to question how many days per week I ride.
And why can't I select multiple question?
Hey
Friend is looking into launching a line of clothes for cyclists in London. He asked if I could post his online survey for you guys to fill out. Only takes 90secs. Too easy. Thank you very much.
