Filled it in. Some reasonable ideas being proposed, but until a real attitude change is seen on the streets, I fear that cycling will remain a minority pursuit.

The mayoral quote in the TFL quietways book sums it up,
"We want to change the culture of cycling." Because cyclists are the problem, not the motor traffic.
